Christmas {Mini-Sessions} 2012

November 23, 2012

It's happening!

These are intended for individual indoor sessions, but you may add a sibling and two additional edits for $10. The $40 includes the session/sitting fee as well as 5 edited digital files, which will be ready to pick up in 3-5 days after your shoot. These sessions will happen in my small in-home studio during the daytime. Call, message, or email me for available times.

Dress your cuties in their holiday outfits and bring along your favorite props... Or I have multiple props and backdrops to choose from, a few of which you can see in the following images of my girls:

And my adorable little neice...

I absolutely love everything about this session... the location, the light, my GORGEOUS subject. It made it totally worth it to be exposed to the mosquitoes for a couple of hours!

These ones on the dock were my absolute favorite. The sun was giving us that beautiful evening soft light and the reflection of the grass in the calm water was just... perfect!

It's killed me to wait this long to share these... But I've scheduled this to post during the ceremony so that the dress will be a surprise. :) I can't wait for your long-awaited wedding!

You are an absolutely beautiful bride Whitney!!!

{Rayni} Dance

April 5, 2012

I've been wanting to do a sports session for some time now... And I finally got the chance to with the lovely Rayni! She's a ballet teacher at Julie's Jazzworks, the fabulous studio where I used to teach tumbling (before my pregnant belly got too big to be able to spot anymore!)

This was also an experiment in lighting and I am very pleased with the results! I still prefer working with the sun, but sometimes that's just not an option when it's cloudy, or rainy, or windy, or below freezing outside... Hopefully in the future I will get some of my other cheerleaders, dancers and tumblers to model for me too because this was just too much fun!

So without further adieu, here is the beautiful, graceful and talented Rayni...
